Delivery Information
At Eazy Vapes, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while providing reliable, fully tracked delivery services. Below you'll find everything you need to know about dispatch times, delivery options, age verification and what to do if you experience any issues with your order.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders 7 days a week to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Monday to Friday
- Orders placed before 3:00 pm are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
Saturday & Sunday
- Orders placed before 2:30 pm are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:30 pm will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Weekday Dispatch)
All weekday orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery Costs
- FREE on all orders over £30
- £3.99 for orders under £30
Service Includes
- Fully tracked delivery
- Delivery updates from Royal Mail
- Estimated 2-hour delivery window
- Safe Place delivery option (where available)
Most Royal Mail Tracked 24 parcels arrive the next working day, although delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
DPD Next Day (Weekend Dispatch)
Orders dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays are sent via DPD Next Day.

- Estimated 1-hour delivery window
- Safe Place delivery option
- Collection Point (Pickup Shop) delivery available through DPD
If you choose to redirect your parcel to a DPD Pickup Shop through the DPD app or delivery notifications, please allow an additional 24 hours for delivery.
Delivery Areas
Most UK mainland deliveries arrive the next working day.
Please allow an additional working day for deliveries to:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands
- Other remote UK locations
Age Verification
As a responsible UK vape retailer, Eazy Vapes is legally required to ensure all customers purchasing age-restricted products are 18 years of age or older.
Your first order will be verified by our trusted age-verification partner, 1account.
In most cases, verification happens automatically in the background and takes only a few seconds. If additional verification is required, you'll be notified on the order confirmation (Thank You) page immediately after placing your order, where you'll be guided through the next steps.
If we're unable to verify your age, we cannot dispatch your order until the verification process is complete. While we aim to complete any additional checks as quickly as possible, Eazy Vapes cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by unsuccessful age verification.

Discreet Packaging
Every order is shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or the products inside, giving you complete privacy from dispatch through to delivery.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of dispatch.
This allows us to investigate the issue with Royal Mail or DPD while tracking information is still available.
Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace parcels reported more than 10 working days after dispatch.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us as soon as possible.
To enable us to investigate and resolve the issue, discrepancies must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, claims made after this period may not be eligible for investigation or replacement.
International Shipping
At this time, Eazy Vapes only delivers within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
