Will vaping help me to quit smoking?
Vaping has made us and countless others stop smoking. There is no guarantee it will work for you, though 2.3million users and rising in the UK alone can't be wrong! You can of course use tobacco alongside e-cigarettes, there are no rules. But we tend to find that if you are still craving tobacco, then the e-liquid you are using has too low a nicotine percentage for you, or the device is inferior or the liquid is inferior.
Is it safe to take my vaping products on a plane?
You must check with the airline you are flying with – there is no law against carrying vaping products on planes, but the airline may have a policy against it.
What are the health implications of vaping?
According to the British Medical Association, vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking. The NHS is promoting the use of e-cigarettes as a tool for quitting smoking through their Stoptober campaigns. Studies by the Royal College of Physicians have also confirmed that there is no carbon monoxide or tar in e-cigarette vapor.
What am I actually inhaling when I vape on an electronic cigarette?
When using an e-cigarette, you inhale a vapor produced by heating a mixture of water, vegetable glycerin (VG), propylene glycol (PG), artificial and natural flavorings, and, if desired, nicotine.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship all orders with DPD Tracked Next Day. Most arrive in 1-3 business days.
Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands: Delivery takes 2 days.
Order by 3PM (Mon-Fri) for same-day dispatch. After 3PM, orders ship the next working day.
Order by 2:30PM (Sat and Sun) for same day dispatch.
What is your returns policy?
Unwanted items or entire orders can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you receive them.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns form being issued
Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty.
How long should I charge my vape?
This varies per device. The general rule is that when you place your device on charge, the led lights will flash. Once the lights turn off, this means it is fully charged. Charging times can vary from 10-15 minutes in general.
