Damaged or Faulty Items

Please try not to receive or sign for an item that is visibly damaged.

Please note, should any product be received 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA) we request that you contact customer service immediately. 

Every device has its own longevity, some may last longer than others. We cannot accept returns for devices that have been used for a period of time. 

Damaged or faulty item claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order. We will refund the Buyer the cost of returning the goods to us through the use of Royal Mail recorded delivery only. We will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post on their return. Damaged items received must be reported with 5 working days of delivery.

All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded and will be returned to the Buyer.

All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorization Form fully completed, including the Buyers Full Name and Address (This is the name appearing on the Invoice under 'INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS') a daytime telephone number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved. A Returns Authorization Form can be obtained by contacting customer service on our customer service email address under the About Us section above.

Missing or Lost Goods

If the goods ordered are not received and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, you should notify Eazy Vapes within 14 days of placing your order for replacement goods to be sent. Eazy Vapes will investigate lost packages with its courier partner(s). No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside of this time limit.


We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse to service anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be held liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from, whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or descriptions on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

The price payable for goods is set out on the website. Although endeavors to make sure all prices are accurate, products can be mispriced on occasion. We are free to make changes due to supplier price increases, the imposition of taxes and duties, or errors when the price is published to you. We will send you the correct information and give you a grace period for you to cancel.

AVAILABILITY may cancel the order at any time due to a lack of availability. If you are not supplied with the goods, you will be entitled to a full refund if you have already paid. However, is not liable for any other losses you may incur if we do not supply your item(s).


It is assumed that these terms and conditions have been read beforehand and constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website.
