How long will it take to get my order?
We send all orders by Royal Mail Tracked 24 which can take between 1-3 Business Days.
Free delivery on orders above £30. Orders under £30, a £3.99 charge will apply. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This will contain your tracking number which you can track on the Royal Mail website.
What is your returns policy?
Unwanted items or entire orders can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you receive them.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns form being issued
Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty.
How long should I charge my vape?
This varies per device. The general rule is that when you place your device on charge, the led lights will flash. Once the lights turn off, this means it is fully charged. Charging times can vary from 10-15 minutes in general.
