How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most arrive in 1-2 business days.
Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands: Delivery takes 2 days.
Order by 3 PM (Mon-Fri) for same-day dispatch. After 3 PM, orders ship the next working day.
Order by 2:30 PM (Sat and Sun) for same day dispatch.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped with DPD.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. This will contain your tracking number, which you can track with Royal Mail or DPD.
What is your returns policy?
Unwanted items or entire orders can be returned to us within 30 calendar days from the date you receive them.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in its original packaging.
- You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item.
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns form being issued
- Items that arrive faulty or become faulty must be returned to us before we can offer a replacement
Please note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, and refill pods that have been opened, unless faulty.
How long should I charge my vape?
This varies per device. The general rule is that when you place your device on charge, the led lights will flash. Once the lights turn off, this means it is fully charged. Charging times can vary from 10-15 minutes in general.
